We invested 2.5 million euros in the purchase and conditioning of a facility of more than 6,000 m² in Colònia Llaudet, in the municipality where we have been for more than 20 years.
We have acquired the last available industrial complex from the Catalan Land Institute (INCASÒL) in Aiguafreda, in the Vallès Oriental region. This transaction represents a significant step in our growth plan and strengthens our ties to the area where we were founded more than two decades ago.
The complex, located in Colònia Llaudet, has a floor area of 6,262 m² and will be transformed into our new logistics center. The acquisition of the industrial building was completed for €1.7 million, and with the comprehensive refurbishment of the facilities, the total investment amounts to €2.5 million.
Centralization and efficiency at the service of our clients
With this addition, we will be able to centralize our logistics operations in a single strategic location, optimizing resources and shortening response times. This operational improvement will directly translate into better service for our customers and distributors, who currently operate in more than 40 countries.
For us, this acquisition is not just about square footage. It’s about the opportunity to continue improving the service we offer our clients and partners every day, with greater agility and capacity.
Commitment to the territory and job creation
Beyond the operational impact, the acquisition will have a direct effect on our immediate surroundings. We anticipate the creation of around ten new jobs, in line with our long-standing commitment to the economic and social fabric of Aiguafreda and the Vallès Oriental region.
More than 20 years manufacturing from Aiguafreda
Since our founding in 2004, we have been dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of air fresheners, geraniol-based household insecticides, and sustainable household cleaning products. From our headquarters in Aiguafreda, we design, develop, and manufacture products primarily under private label for retail chains and distributors in over 40 countries.
